gtcysBranding Campaign for Arts Organization. In collaboration with Caroline Vaaler of Three Fish Design, I worked with the Greater Twin Cities Youth Symphony to develop brand positioning statements that served as the foundation of their new branding and logo introduction.  I led a brand positioning workshop for key stakeholders, developed the creative brief, wrote the “Play Your Part”  tag line and created a set of brand standards for future organizational communications efforts.


Messaging for Centennial Celebration.  I developed the creative rationale, central messaging, subheads and fundraising letter copy for the upcoming 100th anniversary of Vision Loss Resources: “Strength from the past, hope for the future: celebrating 100 years of service.”

Marketing Communications Development for Mental Health Services Provider. For this nationally known eating disorder treatment center, I provide ongoing writing support for projects, including collateral materials, press releases, website content and brochures.


Blue Zones site

Collateral Development for Community Health Initiative. Working with Dan Buettner and the teams from Healthways and Blue Zones, I researched, edited and wrote materials for the Vitality City community health initiative. Informative materials were used as presentation guides and served as leave-behinds after initial visits with city managers.

. For a collateral materials assignment from the Minnesota Historical Society, I teamed up with Zetah Design. We researched the Society’s photographic archives and used those images in our recommended campaign, which featured vintage photographs and humorous captions.
